OSHA’s Biggest Fines of 2019 are common workplace hazards

The Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) has released a list of it's ten largest fines it issued 2019. Last year, nine of the most expensive OSHA citations included some kind of fall protection violation, whether the company in question primarily performed roofing or mixed asphalt. The tenth mostly dealt with excavation and trenching violations.
