Workers Comp grinds to halt with COVID-19

By order of the Governor of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth government is shut down for two weeks for all non-essential employees.  As a result, all workers compensation hearings are postponed to at least March 30.   The Bureau of Workers Compensation is working through a process that Compromise and Release (settlement) hearings can still take place by telephone.

Mooney Law will keep our clients up to date on the ever changing situation and how it impacts their workers compensation case.

Additionally, to protect our staff and clients, Mooney law is offering all new clients absolutely FREE phone consultations with an attorney in all areas of law, including workers compensation, bankruptcy, car accidents, family law, criminal defense, and civil matters.  To schedule a FREE consultation, just give us a call at 717-200-HELP or 833-MOONEYLAW.
