Pennsylvania Workers Comp to begin some in-person hearings

Pennsylvania workers comp cases will begin having some in-person hearings to move work injury cases forward.  As of right now, it appears that the in-person hearings will be limited to certain locations and to testimony type hearings only. Effective June 19, 2020, the Workers' Compensation Office of Adjudication will begin to conduct limited in-person hearings in counties that have been designated by the Governor as entering the "green" phase of reopening following the COVID-19 pandemic.
